Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all booked appointments. The deposit goes toward your service total and secures your appointment time.
Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.
CANCELLATIONS:
King X Nailz values their customers and their busy schedules. As such, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Last-minute cancellations will result in a 50% fee. No-call/no-shows will result in 100% charge for the service. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for late rescheduling/cancellations and no-shows.
LATE POLICY:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you think you're going to be late, please call/text as soon as possible so I can adjust my schedule.
A $10 late fee will be applied to the total of the service. Arrivals beyond the grace period may need to be rescheduled and will result in your appointment being canceled and charged 100% fee.
