Cancellation Policy
King X Nailz values their customers and their busy schedules. As such we respectfully request at least 24-hr notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Last minute cancellations (inside the 24-hr mark) will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No call/ no shows will result in 100% charge of service. Any questions, please contact us.
